NextGuest, a provider of hospitality digital marketing platforms based in New York and Munich, announced Wednesday (17/2) that it has joined forces with Cendyn, the same company from Florida.

Joining NextGuest will expand Cendyn’s reach in serving the hospitality industry through a reliable digital marketing and CRM platform. Thus, hotel companies are able to improve their performance through intelligence and data automation.

“With his deep experience in hospitality and a long history of providing innovation in both companies, there is a perfect alignment and a tremendous opportunity to be realized through this combination,” said Tim Sullivan, President and CEO of Cendyn.

Following NextGuest’s joining to Cendyn, Tim Sullivan will remain as president and CEO of the company, while Paolo Torchio, Chief Operating Officer of NextGuest, will join Cendyn as chief strategy officer.

Currently, apart from head office, Cendyn, which serves customers in 143 countries, also has representative offices in Singapore, Thailand and Japan. Hyatt, Marriot, IHG, Hilton, Jumeirah Resorts and Virgin Hotels are just a few of these customers.
